Eeeeek!

It's official. The seller has signed, so now there is a binding sales contract for a house, with me as the happy and penniless owner. Assuming there are no snags with financing or insurance or such, I'll be moving in on the 17th of next month!

Anyone have tips for lawn care, and tiling, and painting, and...?
