Sushi!

Vince and I ended up going to Tokyo Sushi for a light dinner last night. As it happens, we arrived just behind a big birthday party that completely swamped the two sushi chefs, and we ended up waiting for our rolls for quite a long time. This was not bad, though, because the restaurant was well aware of our wait and kept bringing us complimentary non-sushi dishes in the interim, all on the house. So, our "cheap" one roll-one salad dinner turned into a five course meal. And the restaurant made for two very happy return customers! Yum!
