When blogging and all that first started become popular I scoffed at places like this. Shows you why I'm not a big internet guru, the accuracy of my predictions on where the culture is going. Now livejournal and other personal diary-type blogs seem to be the best way to keep tabs of your friends and making new ones, short of actually (gasp) talking to them! And who can find time for something like that nowadays...
