Well, what was supposed to be a mopey Christmas turned into something quite different. Thanks to Emi, with whom I had a great time resort-hopping at Disney on Friday (missing the Aiki-peep party at my residence -- There were people I wouldn't have minded seeing, but I really wouldn't have been up to dealing with a bunch of people that day.) Saturday was pretty peaceful and quiet until Misti invited me to her party, which was filled with neat people and places and things and music and stuff, and Liana and family invited me over for Sunday, for traditional Christmas chili. So yum. And Rene is planning to run a Firefly RPG, which makes me all bouncy and happy.

Maybe I'll try the mope thing again next year. Until then, thanks to everyone.

Wait... you *want* to mope on Christmas? :P

Firefly RPG? That sounds cool! I've just started getting into Firefly since I've been catching it on Sci-Fi. I need to rent Serenity.

Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year!

Nah, there was slight sarcasm. I've been feeling a bit antisocial and suffering from my scheduled winter depression and things. But thank you, and the same to you!

it did turn into a lovely little event, didn't it?! i am glad you showed! and did you say firefly RPG?!? huh. loved the series, loved the film (except the first 10 min which seemed to be stiffly acted, though they relaxed into it pretty quickly) but hmmm.... are you an all 'round joss-head? or just firefly? *smile*

i should probably just email you, given all the questions. *laughs!*

g'night, mister voll. merry christmas!
(i know i know, but christmas isn;t over till you sleep!)

I did. [livejournal.com profile] boredtech, whom I know from class, is running it.

I very rarely get fanatical or fan-boy-y about anything, but Firefly the series was one of those things. The film I saw three times, and I begun to understand and appreciate how tightly packed it was, though I do agree that especially in the beginning not all the chemistry was there. But it did have some of the best lines.

--Define interesting.

I did like several of the episodes of Buffy I saw, but found many of the others too... teenagegirly? I could never get into Angel, really, so I guess I can mostly blame Firefly, though his witty dialogue always works.

And now I've slept some eleven hours, so I guess Christmas is over :-) So, good morning, Ms. Bernard.
