Yours is luxury :-) The one I can get for that price is 750 sq feet, in an old but well upkept complex right by USF, with somewhat older appliances.
One bedrooms in the new fancy places tend to be 800+ sq feet, and go for $850+. I'm just being niggled to death, going from crappy to decent (630->750), to just getting an extra 100 sq feet and extra room (750->850)... And I could get a brand new one for not that much more (though without the extra room) and hey! I didn't want to pay $895 and live alone! How'd that happen?
