You know your professor is serious when...

...he again comes to the last class and admits that his planned finals questions may be tough to complete in the allotted time. But since he's reasonable, he announces that he will start the final half an hour early, so we get three and a half hours instead of three, and hence we should be able to write sufficient essays.

Then again, in hindsight, both of Dr. Peng's classes this semester have taught me a ton.
