Wireless, T-Mobile Style

Gist of my trouble ticket: "Why can't I go anywhere but your useless WAP portal which tells me to buy more services on my phone? It used to work, and I do have WAP Access as a service on my account."

T-Mobile: "We are very sorry to inform you that the default or basic WAP access
does not provide the ability to browse WAP websites."

Merriam-Webster on access: "permission, liberty, or ability to enter, approach, or pass to and from a place or to approach or communicate with a person or thing"

So... a service called "WAP Access" does not allow you to access WAP pages. Now I know.
