Homeless!

Well, I apparently am no longer simply entertaining the idea of homeownership, as I was just informed by my roommate that he doesn't intend to renew the lease with me. Hence, I need to find a place by September 30th, and preferrably a house / townhousemate too.

Yikes.

I need to talk to the credit union and see what kind of magic tricks can be pulled with down payments, since I sure don't have the cash.
