Phew. As some of you know, I left Thursday for DragonCon and just came back last night. Just as last year, I had a total blast. It was more crowded this year, to the point of getting a bit annoying, but during the five days I spent there I had not a single moment of boredom or wondering what to do.
I'm not sure just what the attraction is--perhaps so many more-or-less like-minded people, the completely engulfing nature of the costume party, or just the general atmosphere of people who are open and eager to chat with strangers. Regardless, I highly recommend it and will for certain try to make it there next year too!
I have some ~1400 pictures to sort through, so those will pop up a little later. Once they do, I'll post a link to the gallery.
And now... all the homework I ignored for nearly a week!
