I hate to admit that I never knew how this stuff was made. Thanks to Amenthes, I'm now wiser. It is traditionally served during Christmas, when I refuse to eat it, because it is vile.

Yeah, it is. It's a translucent, jelly-like consistency and it tastes really bad. Except some people really like it. To each their own, I guess :-)
