Chocolate, Tea, and a Bottle of Laphroig
Flashes of time:
Thursday night: Yay! Coolness.
Friday morning: Ever more coolness.
Friday: Saw the Incredibles. I really liked it; Elastigirl is hot, the architecture and general design kicks total rump, and all the 60s, 70s Bond references tickled me quite a bit.
Friday evening: Three and a half hours of driving through Florida side highways, after missing the campground gate by 20 minutes. One and a half hours of Wolfsheim, Dire Straits and Enya played loud enough to make my ears hurt. It's not depression, it's thinking of existential questions.
Friday night: The weather is perfect and cool. Nippy. I like nippy nights.
Saturday: Hopefully I can pick up my Polly Perkins poster; all the sausages and food intended for the campfire may end up making Jambalaya or somesuch. Life continues.
