Er, that's the highest pay I've ever seen advertised in the field at the university here. It's certainly a lot more than I'm making after ten years in IT...

WOW. The average pay for a systems administrator or systems engineer in the US last year was $70k
The average pay for a senior systems administrator was closer to 100k

Then again, looking at the description more closely, it seems they want someone who is a junior to the field; so maybe the payscale isn't as far off as I'd thought.
